Ocean Marine Solutions Limited is a maritime security service company offering offshore and onshore services. Our services include; armed escort and patrol services, offshore escorts to and from berth, and patrol boat perimeter security. We also offer security for ship-to-ship (STS) operations, provide onboard vessel security officers, teams maritime crisis management, training and implementation, 24/7 manned security & tactical operations centers (SOC &TOC) in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Warri Port, and also undertake facility and vessel security threat assessments.
This Privacy Policy describes how Ocean Marine Solutions Limited ("OMSL,") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website. This Privacy Policy is in accordance with, the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA). Where any provision of this Privacy Policy is deemed inconsistent with the NDPA such provision shall be subject to the provisions of the NDPA. The rest of the Privacy Policy shall remain in full force and effect and in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
We qualify as Data Controller under the Terms of the NDPA – this means we are ultimately responsible for controlling the use and processing of personal data. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure adherence to the NDPA, relevant data privacy statement, and data protection directives of the Company.
